Primary 6 and 7 spent a week away at Lockerbie manor Adventure Centre from the 11th to the 15th June. The children had a great time trying their hand at a variety of activities including abseiling, kayaking, hill walking, building a campfire, the zip wire, mountain biking and a gruelling assault course. In addition, they demonstrated key life skills including time management, packing their own cases and hanging their clothes for drying. The children all had a ball but were VERY tired at the end of the week. Mr Carlton, Mrs walker and Mrs Goodwin were too !

We will be celebrating World Book Day on the 8th of March. Pupils may dress as their favourite book character or wear their school uniform. All pupils and staff should bring their favourite book to share.
